Our Viva Babe Margi is an incredible nurse who has worked in various nursing positions over the past 38 years. It wasn't until she began working as a hospice nurse that she found her life's calling and passion. She absolutely loves her job and feels it's an honor to care for her patients. Margi's nominator, Lori, says, "She shows compassion as she works with each of her patients and their families, offering not only medical assistance but a calming and caring presence at a time when they need it the most." Margi's selflessness is remarkable. Her calling to be there for others during their last days on Earth is absolutely honorable and deserving of recognition, gratitude, and celebration!
When we spoke to Margi, she said being there for others is so meaningful; it fills her heart in an unexplainable blessed way. She expressed such genuine love for each of her patients and would drop everything and anything to be present, so no one leaves this life alone.
