Expedited orders may take 1-2 business days to fulfill before shipping.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska are automatically expedited.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to love your Consuela purchase!
We offer free exchanges and returns within 60 days of your purchase for items purchased on consuelastyle.com and in like-new condition. Please note, gift cards (both physical and electronic) and other items marked "Final Sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

I’d like to file a warranty claim:
We are committed to producing amazing products with quality materials. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and accessories. For any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within this warranty time frame, we will replace the item free of charge. A dated sales receipt from an authorized Consuela retailer must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.

 

For warranty claims, please send an email to customerservice@consuelastyle.com with the following items:

  • Photos of the item clearly showing the problem as well as photos showing the item in its entirety.
  • A copy of the proof of purchase from an authorized Consuela retailer (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)
  • Contact Information (Full Name, Address, Phone Number) 

 

I’m looking for a new item:
To exchange your product for something new, please request store credit during your exchange process. A gift card will be processed and issued as soon as you drop it off at a FedEx facility.

I’m looking for a refund:
Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received at our fulfillment center.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Afterpay?

Shop Consuelastyle.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – it's that ridiculously easy!

Please note, all items in your shopping cartmust be eligible for Afterpay, and the cartvalue must be between $35 and $2,000.

How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?

All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Use our online returns portalto print a return label or return your item. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from Consuela to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. KLARNA FAQ

What is Klarna?

With Klarna, you’re able to place an immediate order with Consuela, then split the payment amount into 4 equal payments every two weeks. As long as these automatic withdrawals are made on time, Klarna does not charge interest.

What do I need?

To use Klarna, you’ll need to be 18 years old or older, have a US bank account, and a US residential address. Klarna payments are subject to your financial circumstances. If your application is rejected, you can contact Klarna Customer Service here. Consuela has no influence on whether or not your Klarna payment is accepted.

How do I use Klarna?

After adding items to your cart, go to checkout and choose the Klarna payment method. Klarna will walk you through the process, where you can be approved in seconds. Once your account is set up you’ll have an email from Klarna in your inbox!

Does Klarna impact my credit score?

Klarna may run a soft credit check that does not affect a customer’s credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Consuela run credit checks that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.
