I ordered this cross body but had to return due to some kind of defects in the bag it self. I absolutely love the bag it’s beautiful. The customer support team was very helpful in filing my claim after reviewing the proof of defects in the cross body. I can not wait to get my replacement Veronica Cross body bag and continue to carry it. I will buy from consuela in the future as the stand behind their products and customer support.

I absolutely love my purse and get so many compliments! I love the fact that I can actually zip it up and the small Consuela makeup bag fits :) The only downfall is the purple material is kind of coming off and I just got it recently so may just exchange it.
