I love the style and color but while using it as a crossbody the strap hook becomes unhinged from the purse ring causing it to fall off.

This bag is super cute and the perfect size, but zippers get stuck going around corners. I thought it might have been just this bag so I ordered Luncheon Black Ink and had the same problem. For this reason, both bags were returned. I hope Consuelacan fix this problem because other than zipper,, bag is super cute .
