Ordered my second uptown crossbody. Had the Sally and ordered the Steely. Absolutely LOVE this design. It arrived with a couple of issues. Texted customer service on a Sunday and promptly had a reply Monday morning. After photos sent of issue, a return shipping label was sent. The replacement bag order was somehow lost on their end but after one phone call, it was immediately shipped. Upon receipt, not only was the bag perfect but they had included two Consuelo gifts! Unexpected, but greatly appreciated! Great job Consuelo….great product and great people!

I loved my uptown crossbody and I carried it daily for about 18 months, but the loop that attached the strap to the purse gave out. It is quite an expensive purchase for this to have occurred.
