Complete honesty here. I've been looking at Consuela's line of bags for quite a while and was very excited to receive a gift certificate for Christmas. So, I ordered a bag that I thought would best fit my needs - Sally Your Way. Shipping packaging was a disaster. The box came nearly crushed which wouldn't have been so bad because I assumed the bag itself would've been nicely protected in shipping. I was so wrong. The bag was literally wrapped in shrinkwrap and tossed into the box with a shipping invoice. That was it. I've received cheaper bags from Amazon that were packaged much, much better. For the price point on the Consuela bags, I expected at least a protective sleeve. The bag itself was absolutely nothing I would carry. When I tried to connect the strap, I discovered there was literally no where to clip the rings. In addition to this, the adornments on the zipper were frayed and completely unattractive. The bag is being sent back. Unfortunately, I can only receive some of money back since I used a gift certificate.
