Excellent, my bag is sooo beautiful! I took it on my vacation to Oregon, little town we walked ALOT! I took my tote everywhere! Even loaded it to the max at the grocery store very heavy but the straps were still comfortable and didn’t hurt my shoulder!

My overall experience with Consuela has been great. Fast shipping, beautiful items, and have had only one return. The Merlot Zipper Tote is more beautiful in person! I really love the fact that it has a zipper, and the straps are well made. I believe my only flaw of any Consuela item is the fear of wear and tear, which unfortunately will eventually happen.
