The zipper is very hard to open and close. The picture of the bag makes it look larger than it is. However the bag is beautiful. I will be buying more of the Consuela bags. One more thing is I thought it came with a leather tag on the bag. I have three bags and I love each one of them and I get a lot of compliments about my bags. I'm concerned about the zipper on my new bags, however it may get easier to slide the more I use it. Shelia Cravens
