I love this purse, I told my better half I wanted it and he surprised me for Christmas with it. I took a star off because I’m very disappointed it started rubbing the top part and it’s discolored in less than a year and it really bothers me.

This bag is so beautiful and very functional. The design is lovely and it goes with everything! I travel a lot and will get so much use of this wonderful bag. Only negative is the strap--for me it just doesn't go with the bag. What are my options? Thank you!
