They didn’t have this design in the size I really wanted online or in stores. I am used to carrying brand name bags (I usually carry Coach) but was looking for a crossbody for vacation. The zipper is hard to zip, the material is a rough feeling texture, and the handle is already coming loose from the bag after only having it one month.
