I ordered Iris Around Town and a wallet and couldn’t wait till she came in but when my order came a day earlier than expected I was even more excited. Unfortunately I received the wrong order :( I called and the young lady was so incredibly empathetic. She assured me that she would express mail my order and I received it in three days with a special gift of an $65 Jess bag charm that matched perfectly. What a surprise. These people go above and beyond for their customers. I’m loving my new bag as well!

I did an exchange and have been eyeing this bag for a while. By the way, Consuela customer service is the best. No hassles and they work with you. Love this bag! The design, the print, two straps and the material. The bag comes with different compartments and a zipper compartment inside. It’s a bit expensive but well worth the money. It’s a big heavy but again it’s all leather. In love with this style and bag. Can’t go wrong with the purchase.
