The downtown has always been a favorite but this style I just got for the first time in Brandy I think tops it. The strap is comfortable. The bag allows me to carry more than the downtown which is important since I have a toddler I have to carry wipes and diapers for. The color works for any season and the leather is super soft. I have been hoping they would come out with a treated leather bag and now on top of the Isabelle and the Evie in other styles I have added the Brandy and I couldn’t be happier. Please keep this style because it’s more comfortable to carry and functional than the hobo or sling but still allows you to be hands free with room to spare :) Great bag for moms!

I discovered this bag at the Austin boutique before even seeing it online. My husband told me to choose my favorite for my Mother’s Day gift, and I think I’ve found the perfect Consuela crossbody for me! It wasn’t the one I thought I’d love before walking in. I’d been eyeing slings and hobos and wedges, trying to figure out the perfect size crossbody for me. I carry a lot day-to-day, some more than I probably need, some necessary essentials. I love my Downtowns, but sometimes I pack them to the brim. I love the handles and the color strap. I love the secret pockets I discovered after buying it. I love the zipper top to keep my contents hidden and secure. The leather is soft and supple and smells divine. It feels so nice; the Diego was hard and heavier and the amount of maintenance was a bit much for me. The interior is cloth rather than Consuela cloth, the only thing I hesitated on. I hope it stays clean and nice as long the outside certainly will.
