Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to love your Consuela purchase!  We offer free returns within 60 days of your purchase for items purchased on consuelastyle.com and in like-new condition. 

Once your return lands at our distribution center, our team will inspect your item to verify its condition and ensure it meets our quality standards. As soon as this check is complete, we’ll email you a confirmation and release your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date your package arrives at the Consuela warehouse for our team to inspect, verify, and process your return. Processing timeframes may vary.  

Consuela is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit prior to arriving at our facility.

Please note that gift cards (both physical and electronic), items received from our donation programs, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

I’d like to file a warranty claim:

We are committed to producing amazing products with quality materials. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and accessories. For any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within this warranty time frame, we will replace the item free of charge or provide a credit towards the purchase of another item. Be prepared with the following items:

  • Photos of the item clearly showing the problem as well as photos showing the item in its entirety.

  • A copy of the proof of purchase from an authorized Consuela retailer (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)

  • Contact Information (Full Name, Address, Phone Number)
