We want you to love your Consuela purchase!
We offer free exchanges and returns within 60 days of your purchase for items purchased on consuelastyle.com and in like-new condition. Please note, gift cards (both physical and electronic) and other items marked "Final Sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return.
I’d like to file a warranty claim.
We are committed to producing amazing products with quality materials. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and accessories. For any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within this warranty time frame, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. A dated sales receipt from an authorized Consuela retailer must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
For warranty claims, please send an email to customerservice@consuelastyle.com with the following items:
- Photos of the item clearly showing the problem as well as photos showing the item in its entirety.
- A copy of the proof of purchase from an authorized Consuela retailer (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)
- Contact Information (Full Name, Address, Phone Number)
I’m looking for a new item.
To exchange your product for something new, please request store credit during your exchange process. A gift card will be processed and issued as soon as you drop it off at a FedEx facility.
I’m looking for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received at our fulfillment center.
