We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items may be charged to your card 1-2 days prior to shipment. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.

Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping charge for your order. Standard shipping utilizes FedEx Ground and generally arrives 3-4 business days after processing.

We also offer FedEx 2 Day for $19.95 and FedEx Standard Overnight for $29.95.
Expedited orders placed before 11am MST will ship same day. Orders placed after 11am MST will ship the following business day.
Please note that our carriers do not deliver expedited orders on weekends or holidays. So, if you place an order with 2 day shipping, it will arrive 2 business days from the date it ships from our fulfillment center.
We do ship internationally. Shipping charges shown during checkout include all applicable shipping, duty, and tax charges. Please note, international customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Consuela purchase!
We offer free returns within 60 days of your purchase for items purchased on consuelastyle.com in the United States and in like-new condition. Please note, gift cards and other items marked "Final Sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return.
I’d like to file a warranty claim.
We are committed to producing amazing products with quality materials. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and accessories. For any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within this warranty time frame, we will replace the item free of charge. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
For warranty claims, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following items:
- Style/SKU number (can be found in your account, on order confirmation email, or on the packing slip included with the shipment)
- Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
- A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)
I’m looking for a new item.
To exchange your product for something new, please select the Shop Now option in our returns portal. You can instantly create an exchange or receive store credit. A gift card will be processed and issued as soon as you drop off the return at a Fedex facility.
I’m looking for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or digital gift card within 3-5 business days of the item being received at our fulfillment center.
