We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items may be charged to your card 1-2 days prior to shipment. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.

Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping charge for your order. Standard shipping utilizes FedEx Smartpost for delivery and generally arrives 3-7 business days after processing.

We also offer FedEx 2 Day for $19.95 and FedEx Standard Overnight for $34.95. Please note that our carriers do not deliver expedited orders on weekends or holidays. So, if you place an order with 2 day shipping, it will arrive 2 business days from the date it ships from our fulfillment center.
We ship internationally using FedEx. Shipping charges shown during checkout include all applicable shipping, duty, and tax charges.
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Consuela purchase!
We offer free exchanges and returns within 60 days of your purchase for items purchased on consuelastyle.com and in like-new condition. Please note, gift cards and other items marked "Final Sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return.
I’d like to file a warranty claim.
We are committed to producing amazing products with quality materials. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and accessories. For any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within this warranty time frame, we will replace the item free of charge. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
For warranty claims, please send an email to email@example.com with the following items:
- Style number (can be found on the white tag inside the product)
- Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
- A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)
I’m looking for a new item.
To exchange your product for something new, please request store credit during your exchange process. A gift card will be processed and issued as soon as you drop the return off at a USPS facility.
I’m looking for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received at our fulfillment center.
