One unforgettable afternoon, Veronica was surprised at work when her longtime customer, Melissa, and her restaurant team came together to present her with the Viva Babe Award. The room was filled with love, joy, and admiration for a woman who embodies daily kindness, resilience, and positivity.                                                                                

Melissa, who has known Veronica for nearly a decade, beautifully describes the light Veronica brings to everyone she meets. In her heartfelt nomination, Melissa shared, “Veronica is uplifting not just to her regular customers but to every new person she encounters. She radiates joy and greets everyone with the biggest smile. Her kindness doesn’t go unnoticed by her coworkers, who often admire how she’s always thoughtful and eager to help others. Her genuine love for her job and passion for serving others make her a true beacon of light.”                                                                              

Veronica’s journey is a testament to her strength and unwavering spirit. As a dedicated server, she finds joy in helping others, delivering excellent service, and building customer connections. Even in the face of challenges, including a breast cancer diagnosis, Veronica remains a source of inspiration. On tough days, she keeps her mind positive, presses forward, and continues to bring warmth and love to those around her.                                                                                                       

A proud mom of two adult children, Veronica cherishes her time with her family and finds fulfillment in helping others. Her mantra, “¡Mantén una mentalidad positiva y da toda la que tienes!” perfectly reflects her approach to life. She says, “God is big, and I am alive. I have opportunities ahead. So, I put forth the effort and give it all I’ve got.”
