Rayne is the Lab Director for two rural hospitals and seven clinics in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Her commitment to her community is unmatched. Her nominator, Ashley, says, “Rayne has dedicated all her time to ensuring we can run COVID tests to help keep our area businesses and hospitals going.”
Testing is crucial to the Coronavirus response, and she works incredibly long hours, giving up weekends and evenings off so that she can keep the COVID tests running. She’s missed out on birthdays and evening plans to make sure hospital staff and doctors are tested and ready for surgeries in the morning. Ashley continues, “She has helped coordinate hundreds of tests over the last few months, making sure our area can stay safe and keep businesses running.”
