Caitlin is a full-time occupational therapist at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. Caitlin provides treatment to acutely ill and medically complex individuals through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. She helps her patients re-learn how to do things that bring them greater independence in their everyday lives. She does it with all the kindness of her heart and is loved by her patients. If that weren’t amazing enough, she is also one of the few Certified Driving Rehabilitation Specialists in the U.S.! She can teach someone to drive again after a disability, injury, or major illness. She loves to help a driver restore their confidence and independence!
Driver rehabilitation is her passion! Caitlin has worked tirelessly since 2019 to develop the first driver rehab program at Texoma Medical Center. The program launched in 2022 and serves far North Texas and Southwest Oklahoma individuals. Amazing!
Because she is such a Go-Getter, always eager to learn more in her field and better serve her patients, she is also working toward her Post Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy through Texas Tech University! She will graduate Summer of 2023! A-Ma-Zing
Although her job as an occupational therapist is her passion, her role as a mom is her heart. She rarely misses a game or school program for her children. She is always there when everyone needs her. Her daughter Elin, along with the help of Caitlin’s mother Melissa, nominated her incredible mom and shared that her mom is “awesome and powerful!” And we all believe it too!
