Overall the bag is very nice and quality to the leather. The smell of the leather is amazing. I purchased this bag in the advise of a friend that knows I love crossbody bags. I love that the black/gray color is so versatile. The design of flowers in the leather again extra detail and quality. My only concern is the tassels and tag that came with the bag really have no way to attach to the bag. I have almost lost the leather Consuela tag a few times since it does not have a great way to stay on the bag. The other concern is the decorative tassel keeps unraveling and now I had to remove it all together. The quality of the decorative tassel was poor and did not hold up with the bag quality at all. But without the tag & tassel on the bag, the purse itself is beautiful and versatile. I’m sure costumer service will help with a better tassel on other bags in the future.

I've had this bag for a while it's practically my daily use, but it fell apart the other day during a trip the stitchimg came undone and it literally fell off my body! It's the perfect size bag for my every day things, and the adjustment strap to wear as a cross body is long and makes it easy to wear on different ways. of all my Consuela bags I picked this one to have the matching wallet.
