I bought this for my mother for Christmas. The first time she used it, in January, the pull on the zipper broke. Now in May, the loop that holds the strap has ripped making it unusable as a crossbody. She is not rough on purses, for the price I paid the quality of craftsmanship is just not there!!! I wanted one for myself but now I’m rethinking it!
