A very helpful Consuela representative personally reached out to FedEx and got to the bottom of the shipping issue. I received my package immediately the next day. The Consuela representative even followed up with me to ensure I received my package. Amazing customer service!!!

This is super cute but the beads are just glued on and fall off super easily. There are now big empty spaces on the heart. For the price, I expected better than this.
