Love the quality and size of the Jaime Crossbody, not too small not too big. The colors are fun and vibrant. After using it a few days I lost the Loquita Forever charm while I was shopping and was so disappointed. I contacted Customer Service and right away they responded and offered to send me a replacement. Wow! I am so impressed with the level of care! Thank you so much!!
