I love the size and roominess of this purse. I am giving a 4 star because the wide colorful strap that came with this purse is super scratchy and stiff. Not super excited for spending what I did on this purse to have a strap that is just not great quality. I expected a softer strap. I wear this as a crossbody when shopping and the strap really bothers my neck. Otherwise this is a great, roomy purse.
