First time to try one. Love the bag but the stitching isn’t very secure. First bag the strap untraveled in a week. It was replaced and a week later another place untraveled. Not a good stitching to stay put

I received this bag as a Christmas gift, but after a month or so Ive had to stop using it because of threading is coming undone. I have email Consuela about my issue and never heard back from them and its been well over a month.
