Congratulations to our newest Consuela Viva Babe Tameeka, a powerhouse of joy, resilience, and unstoppable energy!

What started as a regular Wednesday at work turned into an incredible surprise when her good friend and colleague of 13 years, Irma, presented her with the Viva Babe Award! When the surprise was revealed, Tameeka was shocked, teary-eyed, and completely in awe. As a self-proclaimed purse fanatic, she couldn't believe it was all for her!

Tameeka is a full-time employee, an online college student, a wife, a mom of four, and a grandmother of two—a woman who somehow manages to do it all with a smile. She starts her mornings at 5:00 a.m., juggles school, work, and family, and still makes time to uplift those around her.

"Tameeka is a ball of happiness in the midst of a hectic day," Irma shared in her nomination. "She puts everyone in front of herself. If someone is having a bad day, she can easily turn it around for them. I can't say enough about her. She amazes me with her willpower and determination. She truly deserves this award."

Tameeka's mantra is "Smile and bless the situation." No matter the challenge, she finds the light, knowing that every tough moment will pass. Her journey hasn't been easy, but she's determined to create a life of love, laughter, and positivity for her family.

Her greatest inspiration comes from the strong women around her. She admires their accomplishments and the immense effort they put in, especially single mothers, and values their "keeping it 💯"  conversations. From Irma's perseverance to her 22-year-old daughter pursuing her college education and her late mother-in-law's kindness and nurturing disposition, she has created a supportive circle that fuels her drive.

Outside work, she finds joy in family moments—laughing with her husband (her best friend), spending time with her kids and grandkids, and soaking in quiet porch time.
