Do not think that your single vote does not matter much. The rain that refreshes the parched ground is made up of single drops.
We are so excited to tell you about our amazing Viva Babe Nicole!
Nicole is the glue of Impact Austin. Impact Austin is an Austin-based women's collective that provides funding for Central Texas nonprofits. During her initial tenure, Nicole focused on the organization's day-to-day operations and ensured every volunteer, member & community partner had what they needed, ALWAYS. When the most recent Executive Director stepped down, Nicole was selected to serve as interim, and there could not have been a more perfect choice. She is personable, kind, organized (beyond belief), and supportive of everyone that comes into contact with Impact Austin. She gives with no intention of receiving, all while wearing the BEST smile. Somehow she manages to do the job of TWO people with grace and no complaints.

Her nominator shares, "Nicole is passionate about bettering the Central Texas community, it shines through her every day, and our organization would be incomplete without her! Truly one of the most selfless, inspiring people I have ever had the pleasure of working with."

How incredible and heartfelt is that! Nicole is absolutely deserving of recognition and celebration! Hooray, Nicole!!

Nicole's Inspirational mantra and quote:
Every individual can make a difference in our world. When I have doubts about how a single action can have an impact, I remember a quote from Kate Sheppard, "Do not think that your single vote does not matter much. The rain that refreshes the parched ground is made up of single drops."

Nicole - You are valued and much appreciated by your team, the community, and all of us at Consuela. Keep shining bright and being ridiculously awesome!!
