Congratulations to our newest Consuela Viva Babe, Felicia! During her studio anniversary celebration, her friend and mentee Nia joyfully surprised Felicia with the Viva Babe Award. Felicia’s journey is a testament to resilience, kindness, and unwavering strength. She truly shines as a light for women in her community and beyond.
Her favorite mantra, inspired by 1 Peter 5:7—"Give it away; it’s not for you to carry; trust that it’s being taken care of"—is reflected in her life of grace and purpose.
Felicia’s story is one of triumph over challenges. After losing her mother at 18, she found strength in mentorship, education, and her faith. In December 2021, during a routine mammogram, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She faced this battle with courage, embracing positive affirmations that strengthened her spirit:
Even while undergoing treatment, Felicia began building her dream studio and continued to give back to others. Today, she is a proud breast cancer survivor and serves on the board of directors for the Breast Cancer Resource Center (BCRC). As a photographer and mindset coach, Felicia captures the beauty and strength of her clients—especially fellow survivors—through annual give-back photoshoots that leave them feeling beautiful, radiant, confident, celebrated, and seen.
Felicia’s greatest joy is her family. With 27 years of marriage and raising two amazing sons, her home is filled with love, laughter, and lots of dancing in the kitchen. Whether mentoring business owners, cheering others on, or planning her next adventure, Felicia’s energy is endlessly inspiring.
