CHRISSY IS SO AMAZING THAT THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS FOR ME TO THANK HER FOR EVERYTHING SHE HAS DONE FOR MY FAMILY AND ME DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME IN OUR LIFE.
Christella is faithfully dedicated to her community and her family.
Christella, Captain of the Police Department in Bay City, Texas, was nominated by her sister Cyndi for her strength and unyielding love. Cyndi says, "Five years ago, she went to Quantico to the FBI academy for eight hard weeks of training. What an amazing challenge! Every year she is the coordinator of the Food Drive for the City at Thanksgiving. She's a member of the Rotary Club and has helped the club with its annual fundraiser. My sister has been recognized as Outstanding Citizen of the Year by the Chamber for all her outstanding work for the city."
Cyndi's husband worked for the same police department. Cyndi says, "My beloved husband got Covid in July of 2020 and was hospitalized for a whole year in 6 different hospitals, never to come home. My sister was there every step of the way, giving me courage and faith every day. She showed me how to be strong, especially during the first four months we couldn't visit our loved ones in the hospital. What a nightmare for me, but she was there with me every day as we prayed that this epidemic go away and for God to heal my husband. Unfortunately, Covid took him from me. Again, she was there for me taking care of all the funeral arrangements, and what a beautiful ceremony it was as they honored him for his service."
Cyndi says, "All my sisters are ridiculously awesome in their own way, but Chrissy is so amazing that there are not enough words for me to thank her for everything she has done for my family and me during this difficult time in our life. I know I will always be able to count on her to be there always for my family and me."
