 Congratulations to our newest Viva Babe, Andrea! 

Andrea is a talented artist and the owner of 2nd Skin Studio in Brighton, Michigan. Through her work, she has transformed lives by using her skills to help women feel beautiful both inside and out. From permanent makeup to scar camouflage and areola tattooing for breast cancer survivors, Andrea brings healing, confidence, and joy to those she serves.

Her friend Anne, who nominated her, shared, “Andrea is a ridiculously awesome, talented artist who has put her skills to work helping women feel beautiful, both inside and out… However, one of the most generous services Andrea offers is areola and scar pigmentation correction.”

Andrea’s journey was inspired by a desire to do meaningful work after witnessing the long wait many women faced to receive reconstructive tattooing. Now, with more than a decade of experience, she has built a reputation for her artistry and compassion, even teaching others to grow their own businesses.

When asked about her life mantra, Andrea lovingly shared: “Let go or be dragged…” It’s a gentle reminder for her to keep moving forward with strength, faith, and resilience, inspiring us to stay hopeful no matter what challenges come our way.

Outside her studio, Andrea treasures family time with her children and granddaughters, peaceful days at her cabin, and adventures with her many pets (including 17 chickens). She fills her life with creativity, laughter, and love.
