I loved the strap. Unfortunately, after a week of using it one of the little pieces fell off and it fell apart. Before it fell apart it kept coming undone from both places keeping it together. This was super frustrating and very upsetting. Especially paying so much for just a strap. I would have to say that I do not recommend buying this strap. Consuela is a wonderful brand and I own several things from this company...just not a fan of the strap.

The strap is beautiful and well made, but the strap keeps coming apart and falling off my shoulder!! It is coming apart at the “buckle” where the metal rivots insert into the leather and can be adjusted. I currently have a twist tie holding it together. The MOST annoying part it is the reason I bought the strap was to replace the original strap that kept coming apart at the same place. I have owned Consuela purses for years, but never had a problem until now. Sad :(

Love the strap only one problem, it was a little too short. I always use my straps crossbody but this one wasn’t as comfortable as others.
