The only reason this is not receiving 5 stars is I wish the handles were just a little longer. Because the fabric is lined, it is stiffer which is great because the tote keeps its shape really well. Also because of that, when you are carrying it and wearing a bulkier top, there isn't much room to comfortably carry it on your shoulder. I took this to a conference and everyone wanted to know where I got my bag. It held everything I needed and then some. Luv it!
