Service was great. The wristlet is thicker than I thought and the credit cards slots are too small and stiff which makes it very hard to get your cards in and out. Actually several slots are unusable.The color and design are great but as far as functionality, it is not the greatest.

It’s a let down due to the fact that it took me over a year to decide which wristlet I wanted. I was debating over a coach, MK, Kate spade. Not what I expected , I ordered a wristlet but it did not come with the strap that goes around the wrist . The quality of the zipper is not up to par issues opening and closing the wallet .
